What to Expect?
Getting To Know Your Child
This will be done by way of a series of forms and checklists completed by yourself, your child’s teacher, or someone who knows them well, and depending on their age, self-report data. I will also spend some time getting to know your child during the assessment session/s.
Assessment Sessions
These sessions will, on average, take between 1-2 hours each, and will be negotiated with you to get the best possible outcome. It may be necessary to complete sessions with breaks in between, or even on different days, depending on the assessments required and more importantly, the needs and capacity of your child.
Analysis & Report Writing
Analysis of results and report writing, including development and inclusion of appropriate strategies and future treatment interventions.
Feedback Of Results
Final consultation to present to you the results of the assessment, discuss the outcomes and treatment intervention strategies and address any questions or concerns you may have.
